Designed New Website for SJHW
Presented the idea to the CEO and it aligned with what she wanted to implement. The previous website was hard to update due to it being controlled primarily by a third party living in California and was not cost-effective.

I created the website with the idea that it will be easy for not only patients to use, but also the staff at SJHW. This will allow staff to update any events as they see fit and the information technology specialist have better insight of what is going on via the backend.

When building the website I decided to use Squarespace. Squarespace allows the company to consolidate their marketing measures into one site and is very cost effective. Furthermore, I wanted to build a site that highlights the amazing things that St. James has to offer for its target market.

The site has the clientele in mind. It is important that people see themselves in marketing. Familiarity in marketing is so key in today’s age and I ensured that the website displays that with a variety of racial backgrounds being presented on the site.

Heavily SEO-focused to ensure that SJHW is highlighted during Google/Bing searches.

St. James and News Media
As a PR Specialist, I ensure that St. James is at the forefront of news media. Below, you will find some of the news stories that I helped facilitate regarding St. James Health and Wellness.
Influencer Marketing
Collaborated with a local church official to tell her story and promote her work, utilizing St. James Health and Wellness as a platform to get that story out to the public. This video reached 3000 people, which is a plus for St. James Health and Wellness, as they had never utilized social media much prior.

Event Planning
Project Plan a event that promoted diversity and inclusion within the company and also outside of the company. This event was planned in conjunction with the Community Outreach Coordinator to be able to reach a demographic that is underserved in the city of Georgetown, SC. Now only did we reached them, we celebrated them also.
Cinco De Mayo Event in Georgetown, SC was deemed a success by all staff and participants.
